In my opinion, and that of many [hunters] that use NF scopes, the mil-dot reticle is the best available, and easiest to use from NF. The crosshair subtensions are the perfect dimensions for a hunting reticle. And everyone is familiar with MOA adjustments.

200 yard zero

300=6-7" drop...hold on hair

400...1st mil dot down=3.6 moa...hold on hair

It doesn't get any easier than that.
