It does fit a Rem 700. The ejection port on a Defiance is slightly longer, so this being inlet for a Defiance, would have a slightly more open ejection port area but the footprint is the same on a Rem700 and a Defiance. Aside from that one very minor aesthetic difference, there is nothing else.

thanks for the breakdown jpfrog, that is correct - the only difference is going to be the length of the port cut out vs any other action.

No cut out, the bolt release on the Tenacity is above the stock line

I've got a Rem 700 currently in a Manners Defiance inlet, its hardly noticeable at all...
