I have two vortex 1x4 pst vipers with the TMCQ illuminated moa reticle. A great 3 gun close quarter battle scope. After years of use I sent two back for warranty work. One was replaced by a new in the box replacement. I cut the seals on thee box to inspect. The second is supposedly my scope fully refurbished. It's Not the same. serial # , this scope has never been mounted and came with a letter stating it performed with in specs. I think It's a new scope.
