Question everything comes with just the super trickler? Factory box? Warranty? Etc..

Yes, the warranty is transferable.
I do not keep boxes I don't have room for it and includes all my rifles just something I don't do. Ironically, I do have the box for the scale and that's because I had two of them but this one is programmed for the super trick so I put my other one in the box and put it down in the basement.
