New member how to?

Hey all, i currently live in Barling Arkansas. I used to belong to this site but haven't been on in a few years Life changes and all. I've gotten back on to try and sale my long range equipment. G7 scope and equipment to be exact. Due to those life changes I mentioned. What do I need to do to be able to post on the classifieds as it won't let me post yet. Thanks
