Like the title says, new in the box. This is like the A5 stock. If you need more info on it you can visit their web site and it will give you the run down on it. This will except any Badger M5 DBM inlet if you would not want to use what comes with it. Decided to stick with the Tikka and Sako platform. Save yourself some money and shipping on this.

MC3 The Legend™ Carbon Deluxe Plus for Short Action for Remington 700 DBM models is constructed of a carbon fiber filled polymer which makes the stock stiffer, lighter in weight and more rigid. Made to accommodate Varmint/Sendero barrel contours. Available in black only.

Do you know if a 5 round mag is available?

You can run accurate mags in these. I use 5 round accurate(metal) mags in mine. The plastic bottom metal trigger guard works ok. Probably not as durable as the metal ones but they function fine. The aics and similar metal 5 Rd mags work great in them. The BDL mags will not work. Must be for M5 bottom metal.
