New Iowan

I live in north Iowa and I been shooting for a long while. I make guns also, but for myself. I have a fondness for the Mauser actions and am working on a couple right now. I've also worked as a firearms instructor on the side and rebuild cars. I had this place show up a couple times when searching for things and figured I might as well join in.

Another welcome from iowa falls. Some.....actually a ton of awesome things on here. Some of these guys and gals are an amazing wealth of info. Ive been reloading for 40 years. Since I joined i have learned so much. Just yesterday I was doing load development on my 35 whelen. 5 different loads. SD on 3 loads was 5 fps. My dad just shakes his head. Lol.
