Hello everyone! I am new to this group, but not new to shooting. I grew up shooting a 308 while hunting with my grandpa. But now I have started to teach my two sons how to hunt here in Arizona. I just bought a CA ridge line in 300wm and we also own a Bergara HMR PRO in 308. I'm looking to learn from far more experienced shooters than me, to teach my kids the right way to shoot!

Sounds good! I have my 12 year old set up on the 308 for his upcoming cow Elk hunt in Northern AZ in Dec. My 9 year old is loving his Ruger 22lr and is chomping to get his hands on the suppressed 308!

Howdy! Lots of great info here. Just curious, whereabouts in State 48 are you?
I shot my first 308 at age of 8. Scope ringed myself, but got hooked.... I hit what I was aiming at!! Good fortunes with them younguns!!
