Hello everyone.

I shoot everything from an 1856 .577 original Snider Enfield to my 338LM (my ELR rig), pistols, revolvers, shotgun, rifle and load for them all, as well as cast my own projectiles. Been shooting competitively, on and off as finances allow for 20+ yrs.

Looking for some help on changing out the factory stock muzzle brake on my Savage 110BA Stealth to reduce the felt recoil on the 300grs I'm building. The rifle has had no functional changes from factory and is shooting under .5MOA as long as this meat stick does his part.

wrt the brake change, what can I expect it to do to the bullet trajectory, or will there be no effect at all.

I'm thinking of the TA Terminator brake out of NZ, they seem to have a 40-50% reduction in felt recoil, according to the available vids.

So, with that in mind.

1 - What do you know about them?
2 - Who makes the good ones, compared to the TA?
3 - What effect do they have on your bullet?
4 - What felt recoil reduction do you get with yours vs the factory standard your rifle came with if you have fitted an aftermarket brake?

I'm sure I'll have many more Q as answers come in.
