Assuming your RUM is on a Remington action and you don't have a good local smith for the job, you might want to look at the group buy at Long Rifles Inc. I've never used the service or am endorsing in anyway, but it seems like if you don't go to crazy you can get a lot of work done at a reasonable price. I've had good luck with a lot of barrels, I'm pretty much happy with what I've used such as Lilja, Pac-Nor, Shilen, McGowen, X-Caliber, E.R. Shaw, and yes even an Adams & Bennett or two. There are a lot of barrels I'd like to try, but I usually wind up just getting what is in stock in the contour and twist rate I want. I've used Lilja an Pac-Nor mainly becaues I wanted a light contour SS barrel and other barrel makers won't go that light. Plus I've screwed on a lot of pre-fit Savage barrels. My two A&B barrels is on a .375 Ruger and .300 Savage rifle, but I won't recommend them for a long range build but their good enough to get the job done in the application I chose them for.
