Negative feedback from hacked account

Reported a scammer. Left a warning on his fake sale ad.

Scammer tried to use same ad and another hacked account last night to scam members on rokslide.

Then I left him negative feedback so no other members would do business with him.

He has now retaliated and left me negative feedback. Can I please have it removed and his account locked?
