I've tried Reloder 19 & 22, H1000, Retumbo, and now 7828 SSC. I've settled on 7828 SSC as my powder of choice because of it's consistancy. I shoot Nosler brass, Berger 168 VLD's, Federal 215M primers, and 65.5gr of 7828 SSC. Can't remember seating depth, but your's shouldn't really matter much being that you have a Wby with lots of freebore. Just don't seat it up into the lands, and you should be good. You will definitely need to work up to that load, as it's a very warm load. My 26" barrel was netting me 3,115 fps MV verified by my MagnetoSpeed V2.
