Is anyone using N568 in a 338 win mag. I am looking for a starting point. Any help will be appreciated.

338WM runs best with a burn rate around RL19, H4350 or IMR4350.
In numerous 338WM rifles the absolute best powder has always been RL19 by far.

Cheers.

I've been told numerous times that N568 is equal to IMR 8133.

I have looked on the vv website but there is no data for the 568 and 338 wm, but the advertisement said it would be good in it
Pretty sure the promo material was referencing 338 Lapua which is a different animal entirely. QuickLOAD shows that powder in my version. PM me your email, rifle info, bullet, barrel length, COAL, etc. and I'll do a run for you if you are interested. It's going to be quite slow for the 338 Win Mag.

My version of QL was too old for the new vv powders either 568 or 555. I wanted to try 568 in my 7RM. And have been using 555 in my 6mm. However, Gordon's reloading tool which is free has both in the version I downloaded last week. I also got better matches from grt than ql to some new 6arc loads I'm trying.

I'd download grt and play with 568 and the 338 to see if you can get what you're after.

It still looks good for my 300prc🤨
Should be good for that. I have some VV570 and RL33 for the 300 PRC I am building. I'd be interested to hear how the VV568 works out. I'd grab some if it happens to show up where I can get an 8lb or two... I'm curious how the VV568 will compare to RL26 in smaller 6.5CM type cases or if it will be too slow for those too.
