I had this rifle built by Jim See, formerly of Centershot Rifles back in 2012.
He blueprinted my stainless Rem action, and added a SS fluted Brux 10T barrel with his 3 port "muscle brake", Seekins bottom metal with two 5 round mags, fluted bolt, tac knob, Manners T-2 stock in OD green-pillar bedded, Jewell trigger, upgraded firing pin assembly. Cerakoted the metal in black. 20 mil rail with Badger ACI. It weighs right around 12 lbs, and has 115 rounds down the tube.
It's been a shooter from the word go. The orange and black target was after mounting the 2nd scope shown here at 100 yards with .215 Bergers. The red and white target was at 300 yards with .210 Bergers.
I'm going in a different direction and want $2750 for this, shipped. Scope and bipod not included, although I'd consider leaving the scope on for the right price. It's a Zeiss HD5 - 5x25x50 with the lockable turrets. There are a few imperfections in the Cerakote now from carrying it in my pack. Mostly on the bolt knob and bolt, and a little rub marking on the business end of the brake. Also the brake needed to be threaded on a few more thousandths it looks like, as it's not quite level on top, but it wasn't worth it to me to putz with it. Can't think of much else. It will shoot "way over there", but I've only hit metal with it to 700 yards. Thanks for looking. PM me with questions.
