Just got back from walk in clinic, have flu. Feel like crap. Only good thing is roads will likely be shut down from blizzard for 3-4 days. Cable, plenty of food, so lots of rest will be nice.

Glad I went in just to get some meds to help offset symptoms. They won't interfere with Jim Beam as medicinal.

I am just in the tail end of COVID, so I get the fun of getting the bug. Thankfully I had pretty mild symptoms.

Rest up. I had it last week and was feeling rough for 4 days and then couldn't shake the cough for another 4. All good now.
Hopefully you'll be feeling better for Christmas

Many years ago I got sick as a dog day or 2 before Christmas. All I could do was go from bed to bathroom. Most peaceful holiday I ever had lol. Our family get togethers were usually a circus lol.
