I had hernia surgery 8/21 and it is a bad recovery. It appears the surgeon got a bit too carried away. I bought a new pc from Staples, my second new one from there. I gave them $100. to transfer my data from the old one to this one, and that didn't happen correctly. I had to hunt around the web to get back here and change my password. Everything is solid gold being back here with y'all!

No hunting going on here. I had hernia surgery 8/21 and it went south, lots of trouble.
A patient of the same surgeon that did my surgery had recent hernia surgery and died. The group of surgeons the doc was a part of fired him.
Now the group suggested another surgery to cut some sensory nerves to my bad leg. I lost part of that leg in '68, gunshot wound. I don't want nerves cut to it. They have me scheduled for blood work and a MRI.

I have a good job and they have been completely understanding of my trouble.

I checked on a rifle I ordered a couple or so years ago, a Savage A17 Sporter .17 WSM and no delivery yet. This is the start of the 3rd hunting season without the backordered rifle. I am a southpaw and the rifle is left hand friendly.

Well, the rifle showed up just before hunting season closed so I set the rifle up and sighted it in. I then was able to sit by my truck tailgate and shoot this rabbit. I had to squish the head back together to resemble its head.

I shoot 20 gr ammo and the rifle likes both 20gr and 25gr. Rifle is very accurate and handles great. My .17 WSM Savage BMAG is retired. The A17 is the Sporter model and is more handy for we lefties.
