I am looking for a bottom metal and mag drop out or in the stock like factory that will handle a 338 edge round that is 3.927 long. The bullets a cutting edge bullets 225 gr. mth. Any info would be great.im thinking they are out there but its right under my nose.But i cant smell it. I quess that comes with age. Thank yall very much for any help, Bob. gun)

Wyatt make a center feed, that will take, right at, 3.99 - 4.00. I think it is a CF-9. It will work with factory bottom metal, but your action might have to have some machine work, to use it. I used it on a Stiller TAC 338 in 338-378 Wby, and my friend used it on a Borden action in 338 Edge. Kevin Cram (MCR) did both of them. Good Luck.

OK im using a borden timberline action that is rh repeater with clearance for wyatt ultra mag well so that one you referred to should work. The biggest mag i can find is 3.850 out side length.So to make this edge work out that wyatt box is the only way to go. Well thank you for your help,Robert. gun)
