It's not a 'CZ', but I have a Savage B22 'FV' (w/ AccuTrigger) that is a fantastic shooter with Eley "club" ammo. The best target I've been able to crank out is 5 shots at 50 yards into ONE ragged hole. Conditions outside were perfect for the group and I was having a great day behind the trigger.

I've got one too many CZ457 Varmint MTR rifles, bought this one back in September and I put an Area 419 30MOA Pic-rail for long distance shooting. I shot a few NRL matches them went all in on an Area 419 built CZ 457 in a MDT chassis rifle. With the right ammo these stock CZ rifles will shoot tiny groups.
