I have a new in the box McMillan HTG inletted for a Surgeon long action, a Bartlein #18 barrel, and a Badger M4 trigger guard. It has a Magnum fill and a 14" length of pull. I don't know how close the Surgeon inlet is to a Defiance but they are both Remington footprints.
