Looking for a descent local smith

I live in Rapid City, SD. Wondering if there are any descent smith's locally? Or if there is one within 2-3hrs drive that I could take a gun to? I am not having anything fancy done. I am thinking after the first of the year I might put a brake on and a tactical bolt handle, maybe bed a recoil lug if I don't decide to do that myself. I would probably drive as far west as Casper or Sheridan, east maybe the Missiouri River. Thanks
