Can't seem to find any where that has a recipe for 180gr accubonds with IMR 4064. Worked up a few loads the other day with 180gr partitions and was able to get a 0.667" 5 round group at 100yds with 44.5gr of IMR 4064. Velocity wasn't there I'm sure but for the hunt I'm planning I won't be shooting over 300 yards so it shouldn't matter. The first 3 rounds were sub 0.25" group but I wasn't really letting the barrel cool either. I started the partitions at 43gr. and worked up 0.5gr at a time. I'm going to fine tune the partitions 0.3gr above and below 44.5 just to see if I can notice a difference. and maybe squeeze out a little more velocity. The group noticeably widened with 45gr. The rifle is a model 700 with a 26" barrel. I'm going to do some more reloading tonight and will probably start the accubonds at 43gr and work up if no one has any other recommendations.
