Selling my VX5 4-20x52 with the ZL3 turret and TMOA reticle. Its mounted in Hawkins Ultralight tactical rings, $144 at redhawk. This is a 34mm tube. Really a nice scope just cutting back. Leupold alumina caps included, front and rear. These were purchased extra for around $100, the vx5s do not come with caps.

PayPal FF or you pay the fee

Scope with caps $1350 shipped
Scope, caps and rings $1400 shipped

A question on these newer Leupold.
In What power setting does the Scope he'd to be for the TMOA reticle to be at moa? Is there like a Triangle in the numbers area like the older scopes for the B&C or Varmint reticle? Or is it just at the highest setting, 20 power?

Brian

I believe it is max power and near the halfway point there is another line that indicates where the reticle works also. So at half magnification the reticle would read true as well. Dont quote me on that, I can look at lunch when I get home

According to this only works on max power. I swear I read something about the mark on the power indicator representing something to do with using the reticle

I think all second plane scopes with holdover reticles are only true at full magnification. I could be wrong but pretty sure. Nice scope

It was told to me that the T MOA have a hash at the middle power representing each "line" in the reticle is 2.0X. So instead of 1 moa they are 2 moa values

I would like to ask, as I understand this scope has 3 revolutions of elevation adjustment? if so, how many minutes of total elevation do you have from your zero?

thanks,

Ron

There is a revolution indicator on the turret also. Show how many revs your are up by showing 20, 40 and 60 moa. And in my case it goes past 60 by 15 moa

Well after running the elevation turret all the way up 75 MOA and back down 3 times taking the pictures above it was still dead on at 350, 450 then 900 when I shot tonight! Not scientific but pretty promising
