This appears to have side-adj parallax, correct? Also, does the elevation turret have a zero-stop feature?
Yes, it does have side-adj parallax. Elevation has a stop at zero -2 MOA

Excellent choice, I love the one I bought from ED.
To keep the turret from rotating, I bought black rubber bands on Amazon. Before you mount it, slip one or two over the top of the elevation turret. Seems to work pretty well.

You're right, the elevation turret turns with little effort. I sighted it in on a 700 Mtn Rifle in .260 Rem today. I moved the reticle to zero and will have to watch it closely when hunting. Another thing to check before taking the shot.
