Left hand HS Precision Remington 700 S/A stock

I have a HS precision left handed 700 short action stick for sale. It's off if a 2002 Remington 700 VS. Same stock as the VSSF. $250 dollars tyd.

Just curious, what makes this an HS-P stock and not a B&C stock?
 
HS-Precision usually installed their own contracted recoil pads with their company name on the face of the pad. Bell & Carlson used pads made by Pachmayr with the Pachmayr name or with Remington on the face of the pad. Having said that, I consider both brands of stocks to be equal.
