Our design cycles fine with sub-sonic ammo. Though, it is not specifically designed to function with less pressure. We do sell a cocking assembly with tuning springs. One of the springs has 10% less tension then the OEM, which will help cycling with sub-sonic. 70 30 is about as far as you can go with it
