This is a Kestrel 5500 Weather Meter in perfect condition. I bought it a while ago to use with ballistic software. I then acquired another model with the software built in. This unit is in perfect condition with no damage.
The price on Amazon is $359; if you go there, you can learn more about the product. This is much cheaper just because I no longer need the unit. I only used it a handful of times.
The sale comes with the Kestrel, lanyard and carry bag. I don't have the box or the manual but instructions are easily found online.
