what should I do with my factory Barrels and stocks after I build a real rifle?

Give them to the homeless.
If you have a Community College that has a gunsmithing course, perhaps they would buy them.

I run a nonprofit organization called "Rifle Rescue" and accept unwanted parts and pieces and at times the whole thing. These are placed, after thoro deprogramming and rehab, in a safe scure place where they will never again be abused. Its pretty much a retirement community takeoffs. 
Or you could post them for sale. Check out what some are asking for take off barrels and tupperware stocks. They ain't worth much. 40 bucks for a new sporter take off bbl and only a bit for for a shot a few times Sendero bbl. Tupperware stocks seem to be worth about what it costs to ship 'em.
