This rifle has a Rem 700 action and a "Gentry" safety........like on a Model 70. "Magna-Ported." The rifle is quite definitely "old" school..........like me.
Jim was an excellent marksman as well as a gunsmith. One of his scores at Camp Perry was 299/300.
JK called the cartridge 300 Super and claimed Jarrett stole it from him and called it 300 Jarrett. RCBS calls it .30-8MM Rem Mag
My neighbor is a FFL...........he will do the dealings/shipping etc.
Never fired. Comes with dies. Zero scratches, dents, handling/safe marks
