I've been online all day searching for a decent tripod reasonably priced. Ran across Induro CT 113. Seem to be a better buy than Manfrotto 190 CXS. Sure there are better tripods such as Gitzo but they are just too expensive. Anyway I thought they have a nice features for their price- under $250, 2.7 lbs., can hold 17 lbs., twist locking legs. Worth a look. I did order one so will see if they live up to their promise.
