Hi all,

Wanted to share a link to my father in laws hunting property for sale:

Currently split into one 205 acre lot with the house (3 bed / 3 bath) and an additional 69 acres. The property has roads logged throughout, and includes mountainous terrain, a swamp, meadows, thick brush, and typical north east woods.

• Coyote (lots of color phase)
• Red Fox (lots of color phase)
• Bobcat
• Fisher Cat
• Pine Martin

• Porcupine

• Turkey Vulture

Thank you! It's a phenomenal property. The pond is not on the property, but very close to the property line. That is correct, he split it up into two lots for the sale, 274 total acres.
