How to Upload a photo?

When you start a post, there is a little paper clip and "attach files" below the "word count" box at the lower left. just click the "attach files" box .

I cant send private messages so we are talking in profile posts but it cant upload there unless I have a URL

Does the picture post right then? I just tried to post a picture and a PDF symbol came up.

Click on the "Insert Image" icon that looks like a photo, then drag n drop the photo you want to upload just like this screen capture I did for ya:

hi, i'm a new member. Tried in insert image, it shows up fine in my preview, but when I save it to post it, the images show up as errored, the small icon with the red "X" through it.

is it like arfcom where you have to have 50 posts before your images show, or that 2-3 other bonafide members have to review your images and approve before they show?

just wondering.

so I used the "media" thing instead. for Imgur.

The photo file must reside on your hard drive and be a .jpg or .gif I don't know if they allow any other type of photo file. Imgur would be a link to another hosting site...
