How do I contact a seller?

Hi all. I'm a new member. Can someone please let me know the correct way to communicate with a member who posted a sale item? I can't find where I can reply or contact the seller, and at the bottom of his post where he is selling the item it reads "You have insufficient privileges to reply here."

Usually, you need to have at least 10+ post counts and x amount of days. However, as a paying LRH sponsor, I think you should be able to reach now but might have to contact Admin to make sure or to activate your privileges, esp. as Sponsor.
