Most people put their acceptable forms of payments in ad

I looked at maybe the first 10 post and two ads had what forms of payments both ads were posted by the same person.
I was kinda wanting to know what most people use and have the most success with, maybe I should have made that more clear in the OP

I havnt come across a dishonest member on this site, the few and far between are usually made very public and then booted! Look up seller/buyer reviews and deal with confidence could also as other members to vet out a member if they have no trade history

I refuse to use PayPal, Cash App, Zelle and the like.

I prefer to use a postal money order or personal check, but have used Venmo as a last resort.

I will accept personal check and postal money order and generally ship when the payment is on the way.

It's entirely up to you, but I know that in the future electronic payments will be an absolute last result because of the federal government's over reach.

PayPal or Zelle. = ZELLE with USAA.
FAST doing it electronic. Same time.
I have done personal checks both ways. Just takes a LOT longer
If you are concerned about having a dispute maybe don't do business with the other person.
Using PayPal or SELLE you get the money immediately and can ship you item to the buyer.
If using checks/ MO you need to get them through the mail then cash them and maybe wait times.
We have dealt with quite a few members so if they don't have PP or Zelle I just tell them to send the check and I mail the item the same time. i don't wait for the check to clear. Now if it is for a few thousand would wait for check to clear.
We like the electronic because there is no cost and we get the funds immediately same goes if we are buying. The seller gets the money immediately.
The main thing is feeling comfortable with either Buying or Selling. Do research on the person you are Buying/selling with. That should determine which way you go. You can be friends on these forums for years and still get screwed. We have!
Good luck with your sales!!!!!

Guntab. This is for us specifically. Mention what kind of gun you bought. It's okay. A true escrow for firearms. Deposit the money the account and then they ship and when you receive it they release the money into your account. No one is going to fine you or seize your funds.
