Hog Trkeys and Yotes Oh My

Took some clients an a weekend hunt March 14-16. 18 hunters we killed 39 hogs, 4 turkeys 1 coyote, 4 rattle snakes, 2 water snakes and some turtles. Turkeys were few and far between and not as active as I would have thought. Plenty of jakes and young hens, I guess the big boys had the ladys pinned up in the thick brush.

The little guy was popping pigs out to 240 yards. He did better than some of the grownups.

Yes sir. We had a great time. We are doing it again April 18-20. South Texas is a treat and a different way of hunting then anything I have done before. It's amazing how thick the brush can be there.
