If you add the FREEHAZMAT code as a Coupon/Gift Certificate it cuts that shipping in half. FYI
That was with free hazmat.

If you get to the billing stage and add in this weekend's FREEHAZMAT the total shows -$24.XX. You will then see the actual shipping minus the hazmat fee. Stupid how they do it but shipping drops to around $25 for shipping only without the hazmat fee,
Two of my local gun stores have powder shelves full. No hazmat or shipping. Now if I could just get large rifle primers.
