well im new to this . seen lots of articles on the AI's but not what I've been lookin
for. I have a 30/06 AI , at the time being I'm shooting a 165gr Hornady SST an really enjoy the outcome . But want to step up to a 190gr in the Berge or the LR Accubond
but not sure where to find good load data .

MY, welcome to the forum. E-mail your load request to Berger with specs of your rifle and they will erspond with suggested loadings. Good luck
