In all of my Rem 700's,Browning A Bolt, SAvage 110, the load of 65-66g of IMR 4350, Rem brass, Rem 9 1/2, bullet touching the lands or .003 off the lands shoots very tiny groups of 3/8" and smaller. Same load with a Barnes TTSX jumping .050 from the lands shoots small groups at 3200 fps. In the same rifles, Rem brass, 72-73g of R#25, Win mag primer, 150g Nosler ballistic tip, 154g Hornady Sp, 150g Nosler C/T shoots 3/8" groups with the bullets seated very close to the lands, 3200 fps. Start at 69g and work up in your rifle. I have wanted to try IMR 7828 with a Fed 210 in my rifles with both of these bullets since IMR 7828 was invented for the 7 Rem Mag. I would tweek the above loads for the Hammer bullets, they create less engraving pressure from what I read, but no actual hands-on experience with them. Keep the Carbon/copper out of your barrel. Tes long bore scope is some of the best money you can spend!
