I bought this sight-unseen, and while it showed up a little rougher than I would've liked, it was workable if it shot well. But I cannot get it to group, and I have neither the money or the inclination to pursue it further. So, I'm selling it here, as a project and sum of its parts. I took a lot of pics to be transparent, but can always take more for anyone that would like to see something specific. I'm asking $800 shipped, which is well under what I have into it, but I'm boiling it down to $450 for the stainless Model 7 Magnum Action/Bolt, and $350 for the HS Precision stock that's been opened up to float the magnum profile barrel that the 300 SAUM has. It has not been bedded. It has a J-Lock, and it has the original Remington Trigger (non X Mark Pro)

It has the aluminum bedding block, yes--not just aluminum pillars.

I have 3 model 7 saum. Mine shoot best with the pressure point at end of stock not free floated all the way.
