Is there a good gunsmith who is capable of building a rifle in the San Diego area that anyone knows?

I have had a heck of a time in getting my rifle re-barreled and restocked.

Duncan's of San Marcos does some very good work. I had one of my shotgun repaired. You have to get your gun there early as they get backed up for the hunting season.
