A buddy and myself have been putting on a fishing derby for 6 years and donate the profit to a family who are under going cancer treatment. I am trying to raffle of a Tikka T3 22-50 a long with the fishing derby.Not beening a nonprofit org.or reg.chairty I cant get a licence from Saskatchewan Liguor and Gaming to run a raffle .But I can sell tickets on prizes as long as it involves a game of skill.What other games of skill do you do?Winter here, say 100 tickets sold,any suggestions?Thanks
