Howa 1500 in .308 Win. To my knowledge I am the second owner and only roughly 300 rounds down the barrel. Easily sub MOA shooter with Varget and SMK's.

Rings and base included
There is one small piece of the butt pad missing and there are two holes drilled in the stock where an adjustabel cheek piece was installed. Other than that, it's in great shape.
