For sale is a new, still in box Pacific Tool & Gauge bottom metal for Savage short action. The screw spacing is for the 4.4" actions with the top/side bolt release. I ended up winning a chassis so I never put this to use. Avoid the long wait and pick this up now for $115 shipped. I would prefer PayPal gift or personal check. Thanks

I'm not sure. I won a chassis while I was waiting for this to be delivered. I sold the stock before I got this from PT&G.

No, it´s not. You need de M5 inlet. McMillan and Manners sell their stocks inletetd for this DBM if you specifically order them that way. For the rest of the stocks you need to take them to your smith to get it installed unless you have a mill at home. I don´t believe a dremel will get it done properly.

I have heard that PTG will inlet, but will not swear to it without calling to verify.
