I am trying to find out how to fireform brass.

This is the way I do it for the wife's T/C Contender 21":

#1: Get a hundred .223 Rem(prefer Winchester brass)
#2: Run them through the sizing die after spraying them with Hornady One-Shot(making sure I get plenty inside the case neck
#3: Load them with her favorite projectile
#4: Shoot 'em
#5: Reload as necessary
