The tip of the front sight, or in this case the center of the Target Globe must be 1" high in order to get the proper sight alignment for 100 to 300 yard shots. The rear XS sight is adjustable for elevation change by loosening the set screw and simply screwing the rear peep up or down. Hope this helps! </p><p>PS.
