I'm not going to say you're to high, but I know quality stock blanks are hard to move at prices in this range......I cut a very large and pretty walnut tree into blanks, air dried them for 6 years and selling them for anything above kiln-dried internet priced was tough. I ended up trading most of my extras to a gunsmith. Good luck with Sale, I think these just take the right person to come along!
