Encore 12ga slug barrel scope base

I was curious if anyone knows the proper scope base for the 12ga PH slug barrel. I have the leupold base for my ML barrel. The 12ga barrels screw holes are configured different. The 12ga barrel has six holes, four close together then two farther apart. Does anyone know if there is a special base mount for the 12ga PH slug barrel? Thanks need help

Well after much searching, I think I found that there is only one base, weaver style made special for the 12ga encore barrel. Maybe there is another company that makes bases for this barrel. If there is I'd like to still find more options

Well I guess that's it for the 12ga encore base. The #9949 is it. So I got one on order. Tc catalog lists it as the only one. So this is what I'll go with.
