Ed Brown "Special Forces" Government 5 inch 1911. Low serial number #31xx; plain slide (no markings – I special ordered it this way); Chainlink pattern checkering on front strap and mainspring housing; Two Ed Brown 7 round magazines with bumpers; Novak/Trijicon night sights; original carry bag; gun lock; sight tool (Allen wrench) and owner's manual /papers.

I'm the original owner and bought this with the intent of using it as a defense carry gun but it ended up being a "safe queen". It has only been test fired by the Ed Brown Company when it was built – I've never fired it! It has never seen the inside of a holster and is in like NEW condition. I've never taken it apart but I have wiped it down and run a bore snake through it on occasion. It's always been kept in a dry climate controlled environment and has never been subjected to any moisture.

I will only transfer this handgun through a verified F.F.L. dealer which is included in the price. Price indicated includes shipping to your F.F.L. dealer. I will require a copy of that dealer's license for verification prior to shipping. U.S.A. only.

$2,350.00

I have sold one other item on LRH several years ago.

Thumbs up for a great pistol! I carry a Brown Executive Elite a lot.
I like it! It's so hot and humid here most of the time I carry a stainless?

Thank you, Sir! EB's are rather stunning in both quality and looks. So much so, I just couldn't bring myself to carry it.

Thank your for the interest and offer but I'm getting out of the 1911 arena. I need to thin the herd somewhat as well. Not looking to take on more metal currently.
