Easton 2219 brass inserts?

Looking to put more weight in the front how much is too much? I have 20" ten point 2219 bolts, or switch to carbon and be able to find brass inserts. Shooting a center point sniper 370. Bolt weights 336 gr. Complete with out a head. Plastic nock and insert and vanes.
