View attachment 186254They have light light "scratches " more consistent on the whole case all the way around. It measures with my caliper spot on with my unfired brass. I am gong to grab a bore scope.

Have you looked at brass after you have sized it. The scratches on the neck look like scratches caused by copper build up in the sizing die. I have had that problem and cleaned the die and the problem went away.
