Defiance AnTi medium action, magnum bolt face (Rem 700 short).
Defiance 20 MOA rail
Proof Research carbon wrapped 26" barrel chambered in 6.5 PRC
Holland muzzle brake.
Elftman trigger.
AG Composites Adjustable Hunter in blue camo, textured grip and 4" front rail. Stock had a small nick, AG fixed it with no questions and it is not noticeable. Area is in the last picture.
Hawkins Precision bottom metal.
Dry weight is 8 lbs 2 oz on my wife's postal scale. Scale is not certified.

Has 100 rounds through it and shoots right .5" with Hornady and under .4" with Bergers.
I have $4700 into it but it seems it has some safe rash from another bolt knob or an AR charging handle so $3150 shipped in the lower 47, my FFL doesn't deal with California at all.

I don't think I left anything out. May consider partial of a heavy barrel faster twist .223 Rem, prefer a Tikka but a an AR platform may work and always looking for good optics.

The Hawkins Precision M5 Oberndorf bottom metal should be a drop in replacement.
